📱 InOne is CaixaBank’s all-in-one app
Designed to help users manage credit cards, loans, and credit lines from both the bank and its commercial partners like MediaMarkt, IKEA, Fnac and other prescribers.
It brings everything together into a single, user-friendly platform, making it easier for people to stay on top of their finances, whether they’re checking balances, making payments or reviewing loan details.
I joined the team as a Product Designer, tasked with designing a scalable system and a seamless experience that could support both the bank’s goals and users’ everyday needs.
MY ROLE
🎨 Design System Lead • Product Designer
Collaborating with product managers, product owners, developers, stakeholders, and marketing teams to bring the app to life, from early concepts to post-launch refinement.
WHAT I DID
🧠 Understanding users
We started by digging into user behavior: interviews, data reviews, and mapping key pain points. I created personas and journey maps to better understand who we were designing for and how to support them at every step.
🎯 Building a scalable foundation
I led the creation of the InOne Design System, a set of components and guidelines that would ensure consistency, speed up development, and evolve with the product. It became the backbone for future InOne features.
✏️ Designing, testing, iterating
From sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, I designed flows that were clean, intuitive, and responsive across devices. We tested with users and iterated, making sure the experience stayed smooth, even as complexity grew.
💡 Delivering real results
Post-launch, we continued refining the app based on real feedback and behavior.
The result?
A solid, user-centered financial tool that simplifies the way people manage their money, and a design system that scaled across CaixaBank products.
