OVERVIEW

Nima is an AI-powered platform built to streamline large-scale legal transactions, connecting lawyers, buyers and sellers through faster communication, smarter verification, and document automation.

When I joined, there was no product, just an idea and a few early insights from the founder. I helped shape Nima from that initial spark into a real, investment-ready platform.

MY ROLE

I was brought on at the very beginning to help bring the product to life. This meant:

💡 Translating raw vision and early research into product logic.

🧠 Leading user flow design, UX architecture and high-level strategy.

🤝🏽 Collaborating closely with the founder through every decision.

💎 Designing the full UX/UI for the MVP and investor prototypes.

🎨 Aligning with a newly created brand identity from a graphic designer.

As the product matured and scaled rapidly, I had to stepped away due to time conflicts with my full-time role at North Studio, but the foundation we built continues to evolve.

WHAT I DID

This wasn’t just about building screens, it was about making the complex feel simple and intuitive.

🧭 Discovery & Strategy

We started by identifying bottlenecks in legal workflows and mapping user types: buyers, sellers and lawyers.

🧱 Product Architecture

We defined the core logic behind the product:

Secure document verification.
ID-based purchase validation.
Role-based access.
Clear, trackable communications.

📐 UX Design

I designed user flows and low-fidelity wireframes to lay out the structure of the platform. Once aligned with stakeholders, we moved to high-fidelity designs and an interactive prototype for investor presentations.

🎨 UI Alignment

After the brand book arrived, I integrated the visual identity across the interface—clean, confident and easy to use, even for less technical users.

IMPACT

💸 The MVP helped Nima raise funding and gain early traction with legal teams.

🚀 The product continues to grow and evolve into a full-scale solution.

🤝🏽 The experience reinforced the power of early collaboration, fast iteration and aligning product decisions with user trust.

REFLECTIONS

Building Nima was a true zero-to-one experience and the kind I love most.

When the mission is clear, and the collaboration is tight, there’s no limit to how quickly a solid product can take shape.
